How to describe the service Neil provided - fantastic.

He is local to the area where I am buying my property which was one of the main deciding factors to appointing him. He was very honest and transparent throughout the process. In particular, before I decided to appoint Neil, he discussed which level of service he believes would be most appropriate and he actually saved me a couple hundred £'s by explaining why part of the service which was being offered by other surveyors was not necessary. Unlike other surveyors in the area, it felt like Neil was glad to have the work and it wasn't an inconvenience. Neil was immediately available and sent me the results of the survey within a week of visiting the property I am purchasing. He discussed the results the same day, again keeping me informed through the whole process.

I would recommend Neil to anyone both within the Penwortham area and further afield, 10/10 service.

I just wanted to express my thanks for conducting the Home Condition Survey on our house. At first I was sceptical, thinking that the lenders valuation would suffice, but I'm so glad I proceeded with getting the HCS done. The results it brought back flagged up issues I and the Valuation had overlooked and this enabled me to get further tests done on various aspects of the house.
